We are a licensed and bonded Electrical Contractor.

Our electricians are trained and licensed, and are also required to maintain their continuing education.

Sheet Metal
We also do custom builds for sheet metal work. Our contractors can come out and take a look to figure out what you may need or you can come in with plans for us to build from.

HVAC
We are a licensed and bonded General Construction Contractor.

Our mechanical contractor, or HVAC technician is trained in many different systems, and also maintains continuing education requirements. 

  • Servicing furnaces, boilers, air cleaners etc. 
  • Water heaters
  • New installation/ replacement
  • Ducting 
  • Ductless systems
  • Heat pumps
  • Troubleshooting faulty systems, equipment failures
  • Hoods (commercial &  residential)
Everything we do is done to code requirements, and inspections are needed for work that requires a permit.

We do not charge to work up an initial bid. If a bid is accepted, we request a down payment of 30% of the bid total before work begins. 

Work not done by a bid, is billed as time + materials. 

We charge $89 an hour from the time a technician leaves to when they return.
